This year, in our P2 Art classes we started working on different Art Movements .
The first movement we chose is Pointillism. Pointillism can be described relatively simply – it’s an art movement named after a technique in which small dots of color are applied to canvas in order to form an image.
In order to introduce this technique, we read and discussed a beautiful story called «The Dot» by Peter Reynolds.
Afterwards, each student was given two dots to decorate, and when the dots were ready… It was simply MAGIC!!!!
